Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
To respect your therapist’s time and the sacred nature of each session, any change made within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation.
This includes:
Canceling within 24 hours
No calls and no shows will be banned
Rescheduling within 24 hours
Requesting a different service within 24 hours
Any of these changes will result in the full service fee being charged.
Payment must be completed before scheduling your next appointment.
This policy allows us to maintain our one-client-at-a-time luxury standard and ensures availability for guests waiting to book.
A valid credit or debit card is required to hold your appointment.
Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
No card on file = No appointment.
This policy protects both your reserved time and our therapist’s schedule.

To reserve your appointment time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your session and is applied toward the total service balance.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
If you need to change your appointment date, your deposit will convert into a D’valley Service Credit.
A credit is valid for 60 days from the original appointment date.
Your D’valley Service Credit may be applied only toward the same service originally booked or a service of equal or higher value.
Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, or extended beyond the 60-day window.
Your credit will be deducted from your balance when you rebook, and the remaining amount must be paid at the time of your new service.
Rescheduling within the 60-day credit window is allowed.
After 60 days, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
We understand life happens. While deposits remain non-refundable, you may still use your credit within the 60-day period should unexpected events arise (illness, medical procedures, travel, etc.).
To protect the flow and quality of each guest’s experience:
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times.
Arriving late may shorten your session, and the full service rate will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and the session will be treated as a late cancellation.
We encourage you to arrive early, breathe, and transition into your moment of rest.
Your safety, comfort, and wellbeing are our highest priority.
Massage and bodywork are not appropriate when experiencing infectious or contagious symptoms (fever, respiratory illness, stomach illness, active skin infections, etc.).
Please notify us as soon as you become aware of symptoms.
If illness arises within the 24-hour window, your cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
